Return/Exchange Policy

Returns

If you need to return an item/items please contact us within 7 days (we go by the confirmation receipt date which will be counted as the first day) of receipt of the product and we will give you instructions on how to return the package to us. Returns are NOT accepted without prior authorization from us.

Shipping charges are non-refundable and it is the customer's responsibility to ship the package back to us. The item must be in its original condition including tags. A refund will be credited back to your account.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item/items please contact us within 7 days (we go by the confirmation receipt date which will be counted as the first day) of receipt of the product and we will give you instructions on how to return the package to us.

Shipping charges are non-refundable and it is the customer's responsibility to ship the package back to us. The item must be in its original condition including tags. Shipping for the exchanged item is also the customer's responsibility including any amount due.

Custom Orders

Custom orders or personalized items can not be exchanged or returned unless a mistake was made on our part.

Once an item had been sent out it is beyond our control what happens to it. It might get lost or damaged during transit. If you want to purchase insurance please contact us.
